ATTN: President

With a copy to: Law Firm

Notice given personally or by commercial carrier is effective upon delivery. Notice given by electronic mail or by fax, with a machine generated confirmation sheet, is effective upon sending. Notice given by United States mail is effective the third (3rd) United States Post Office delivery day after the date of mailing.
